#1. Create a New Ticket.
In order to create a support ticket, Please click on [Create New Ticket].
#2. Submit a New Ticket.
[Subject]- The main topic of your ticket ( short summary of your ticket ).
[Priority] – It’s not a big issue as Mail-in Repair Centre contacts you within 30mins during business hours. so every ticket is set to “High / Urgent” Priority for us.
[Message] – The main body of your ticket: the reason why you need to talk to us. if you write down in details, it would be great to support you ASAP.
#3. View The Ticket.
If you click on [ the Title of your Ticket], you can see the detail of your ticket.
#4. View The Ticket With a reply.
When you view your ticket, you can see the reply from one of the Team members.
#5. Close The Ticket.
If your problem is solved, Please close your ticket to click on the icon ✔ at the top of the right hand side.
