However, most broken screen device doesn’t work ‘the Touch / Display Functions‘ so if this is the case, Please Let us know PIN / Pattern Lock ( or Backup Password ). It helps us to fix Your Broken Device Quickly and Correctly ( The Team will check your device’s all functions ‘before/after repair’ ).

Step #2: 🎫 Remove SIM / SD Memory Card

Basically, SIM Card / SD Memory Card / Accessories are easy to be forgotten Or missing Therefore it’s better for you to keep your small items(but send the sim tray with the device).
However, there are some errors like ‘no sim’/’no service’/’no network’/’failure of reading memory card’, if this is your case, Yes! you can post them with your device together.
Step #3: 📦Pack Your Device with Bubble wrap

By using Padded Envelope is the very cost effective way to pack your Device.
However, Bubble wrap and Box{even better with the original device box}👍 are the extra secure package for mail-in repair.
*Tip: Try to shake the Envelope or Box after packing, if you hear some sound🚫 or something is moving around🚫 internally, Please pack them up again.
